The 7 stages to successfully
recruiting your key personnel

| Step 1 |
DMS take on the Search
& Selection assignment and meet with you to ensure we fully understand
your business and personnel requirements. We take a full job description
and a comprehensive list of both your critical and desirable candidate
requirements. We also discuss the likely career history of your ideal
candidate and the possible options for sourcing them.

| Step 2 |
Through our wide network of contacts
and / or via a client managed advertisement DMS search for your ideal
candidate and begin a series of telephone and face to face interviews
to establish potential candidates.

| Step 3 |
DMS refer an initial list of suggested
candidates with CVs, references and salary details to you. These are
candidates that we feel may be worth taking to the next level of interview.
Following full consultation with you, we then carry out or own series
of interviews on your behalf.

| Step 4 |
We pass to you a short-list of candidates
best qualified to fit the role you have within your organisation and
recommend you interview them for the position.
|
| Step 5 |
You interview and choose the candidate
you wish to make an offer of employment to. If for any reason you
are not completely satisfied with the candidates you have seen, DMS
will continue the search for you until successful.

| Step 6 |
You make an offer to the successful
candidate, terms are discussed and agreed. DMS provide a consultancy
service to you at this point offering any advice where applicable.
We can also help with designing / implementing orientation and initiation
programmes if required.

| Step 7 |
During the early stages of employment
DMS provide you with a mentoring and consultancy service, including
assisting your new employee to adjust successfully to their new position.
We continue to be at your service to ensure that the working relationship
with your new recruit is a successful one.
